Bransmead is a wonderful semi-detached cottage, situated in West Lulworth, Dorset. It has three bedrooms: one king-size with en-suite shower room and two twin, served by a family bathroom and a ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting room with an open fire. It also offers a utility and snug area. Outside has an enclosed lawned garden and decking area with furniture. Off-road parking is available for two cars. Bransmead is an excellent property for friends and families. Please note for all booking taken after 09/07/2020 a good house keeping bond is required for note the standard changeover day at this property is a Friday. Please enquire in advance should you wish to arrive on an alternative day.
