It is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check in meaning that no direct contact with anyone needed. We also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your stay. The ground floor is comprised of a bright and modern minimalist living room, the perfect place to enjoy a good book, drink a coffee or catch up on TV. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electrical hob, oven, washer, fridge/ freezer, kettle and cooking equipment. On the first floor you will find one double bedroom filled with lots of light. Fresh bedding and towels are provided in the bedrooms as well as storage space to pop away all of your luggage. The bathroom is also on this floor featuring both a bath tub and a shower. Famous for the bike culture we have a secure area to lock your bike at the front of the house as it is one of the best ways to get around Cambridge. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Flat is 10 minutes walk away from Supermarkets and shops on Mill Road including a Co-op, or there is a Tesco and Sainsburys at Cambridge Leisure Park. The house is a few minutes walk from Cambridge's Mill Road, renowned for its bustling selection of shops and services as well as its dizzying variety of cafes and restaurants. All the daily essentials are within walking distance, and the wide open space of Coldham's Common, complete with grazing cows, is just a short stroll in the other direction. There are playgrounds and parks nearby, and hopping on a bike will let you get to the historic centre of the city in about 10 minutes. Alternatively make your way to Cambridge Leisure Park and catch a movie at the Cinema or pop into one of the restaurants for a bite to eat. Getting around Famous for the bike culture, it is one of the best ways to get around Cambridge. Buses are also numerous and easy to use. The local taxi company is Panther taxis who offer a very reliable service.
