Bradbridge Barn is a detached single-storey cottage converted from a Grade II listed barn on a former 16th century farmstead on the edge of the riverside Devon village of Newton Ferrers. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a double with an en suite bathroom and a twin with en suite shower room. The living space is open plan with a seating area, dining area and kitchen.
