Upstairs you will find a double bedroom with ample storage for clothing and a family bathroom; this property is located in a peaceful residential road. It is under a mile away from Martins Heron Railway station and Tesco supermarket.

Hythe Close backs on to Savernake Park which is situated in the parish of Winkfield in the neighbourhood of Crown Wood, Savernake Park is a 6.5 hectare (16.1 acre) open space of public value. It consists of a balancing pond, a play area and surrounding mixed woodland. The property is walking distance to Martin's Heron station 15 min walk which has trains to London Waterloo (which take just over an hour) or to Reading (which take just over 20 mins). It is also walking distance to Tesco in Martins Heron 15-20 min walk.
