Surrounded by greenery, you are close enough to all of the local amenities, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of rural Scotland. The cottage is located about a mile up a farm track into the gorgeous Perthshire hills. Escape from the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy the serenity of quiet evenings along with those you care about most. The village of Alyth is host to many small grocers, fish and chip shops, bakers and pubs making it the perfect choice should you need to pick up any shopping or enjoy a nice meal out. The Lands of Loyal Hotel boasts a delicious afternoon tea, and the Alyth fish and chip shop is one of the best in the area. The town of Blairgowrie is the place to go for shopping, knick-knacks and an all round lovely day out. There are a number of wonderful restaurants such as The Dalmore, Little's Restaurant and The Cateran Café as well as a large Tesco Supermarket - perfect for stocking up for home cooking.
