The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, dishwasher, and a living/dining room with a TV, electric fire and dining seating for three people, there is also an external, shared utility with a freezer, two washing machines and a tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/ink, can be twin on request) with a TV, and a single, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is shared, front decking with furniture and a designated parking place. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 mile, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. Spend some quality time away with your loved ones in the Cotswolds with a stay at Beech Apartment. Due to the nature of the external stairs giving access to the property, this apartment is probably not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or physical no pets. Children over 10 years of age only note: Beech Apartment is a compact property (internally 367 sq ft), and whilst it will accommodate 3 adults, it is probably better suited for 2 adults, or 2 adults + 1child (10+ years of bed in the master bedroom is a zip-and-link bed and will be set up as a super king size double unless notified at the time of booking that you would prefer 2 single note- 3 night booking minimum
