Inside The traditionally styled barrel-top beauty, features a painted timber-clad, open plan living area. At one end is the double bed and a sofa bed, with a wall-mounted TV conveniently within view. At the other is a kitchen area which comes complete with a small sink and worktop, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. There is a stylish en-suite shower room with a wash-basin, flushing toilet and electric shower. Hot water will be readily available throughout your stay. Outside Lounge in the sunshine, relax in the wood burning hot tub or eat al fresco while enjoying the country views. Included for your stay Salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, milk and cooking oil are all available for your use. Also Bed linen, towels, bathrobes, soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided for your use. BBQ available for your use - Please bring your own charcoal. Please note there is a stream beside the property. Take care if you have children with you as this is not fenced off. WOOD BURNING HOT TUB You will have the use of the woodburning hot tub throughout your stay. Please note that the hot tub takes approx 4 hours to heat. There will be logs provided to heat the tub. Any additional logs needed can be purchased. Bathrobes are provided for use around the hot tub area. Please read and adhere to Hot Tub safety rules and user instructions . These will be provided at the property. Children must be supervised at all times! -- Pets -- Small house trained pets are welcome. Please see additional rules in the welcome book at the property. It is 45min from both Belfast City and Derry/Londonderry City. Suitable for couples, single travelling adventurer, Small families (with children).
