Located about 350 meters from a beautiful, dog friendly, sandy beach. Right in the centre of the village of Brean. The apartment has been totally refurbished in early 2022. 49, Hill View, Brean has recently refurbished to a very high standard. The apartment includes two bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other a small double bed. Both rooms have some storage. There is a full kitchen, and it includes a fridge with small freezer section. The living area has a feature wall with electric fireplace. There is also a 40inch smart tv. Internet is supplied throughout the apartment. Electricity and internet are included in the price. Towels and bedding are also included in the price. The shower room has a low entry shower tray with wall handle to assist in and out. Guests enjoy the whole of the apartment to themselves. Other things to note Small dog allowed at an additional cost. Parking is directly in front of the apartment. Check in is from 3.00PM onwards but we will message you if it is available sooner.

Julie and I own two apartments at Hill View. It is a new adventure for us and we have done both apartments to a standard that we would expect if we were to stay there. We live locally so if there would to be any problems we can be on site within 15 minutes or so.

Set in the heart of Brean almost everything is within walking distance. There are bars and restaurants within minutes. The beach is accessed through a locked gate at the end of the site car park. The beach is open all year round for dogs and the sunsets are absolutely stunning. Please make sure to experience at least one. Parking is directly in front of the apartment. There is parking for one vehicle only.
