The Barn used to the be the Estate Office for the nearby Tabley Hall. The grounds still contain a lot of the old charm and character of years gone by, making it an ideal home from home destination. It is nestled amongst 2 acres of ornamental gardens which also includes a tennis court. As well as two beautiful double bedrooms, a kitchen, and a breakfast bar, there is a comfortable lounge that houses a double sofa bed. Separate to the main house with shared access to the communal grounds.
The owners live on site in the separate house - self check-in available.
The property is situated within 10 minutes of Knutsford town center and the M6 motorway and only 5 minutes drive to the local country pubs. It is also only a 10 minute drive away from the National Trust Tatton Park (making it an ideal venue for those attending the RHS flower show) and 20 mins drive from Dunham Massey. The property is within minutes walking distance to the Cheshire Show ground making it ideal for access to events. The local train stations of Knutsford and Plumley are both only a 5 minute drive away. The property is ideally situated within easy access of the M6, M56 and M62. There are local footpaths over the adjacent fields for those that want to partake of the local countryside.
