After building a number of properties that were just too lovely to sell we started providing short term serviced accommodation in the North West of England in Preston and Manchester. We look to provided beautiful, short term serviced accommodation to leisure guests and business contractors looking for an alternative to a hotel. Unlike a hotel, our properties are fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable short term stay. Renovated in 2022, 7 Cannon Street is located off the bustling Fishergate in the heart of Prestons City Centre and a stroll away from Winkley Square. 7 Cannon Street could not provide a better base for you whether you are visiting for work or leisure, it is quality and comfortable serviced accommodation in Preston. 7 Cannon Street provides you with all the comforts of home whilst providing the mod cons for a comfortable stay. The apartments have large double rooms, brand new bathroom with white suite, heated towel rail and walk in shower. The Kitchen is spacious with modern integrated appliances. The apartments are beautifully finished to a high standard. All apartments have open plan living spaces with dinning areas and a comfortable lounge area to relax in. Brand new TV's have all the apps you would expect, allowing you to lay back and enjoy our favourite shows. The large double bedrooms have beautiful modern furnishings and finishes, with a large double beds providing a comfortable nights sleep. Just a short walk away, you will find a number of independent restaurants, cafes and bars, the beautiful Avenham and Miller Parks, both offering walks along the River Ribble....
