5 The Manor House is a beautiful first-floor apartment resting within Hillfield Village near to Dartmouth, Devon. Hosting two bedrooms, including a king-size with a Juliet balcony and a twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with underfloor heating. Outside there is a communal gravelled area with seating, allocated parking, and access to the all-weather tennis court and children's play area. 5 The Manor House makes a luxurious base for your next Devon adventure with your loved ones. The new children’s play area with a climbing frame, slide and swings, along with the outdoor tennis court remains open all year round. Please note - tennis rackets and balls are NOT provided. Due to the Health and Safety policy, any use of barbecues is strictly prohibited at Hillfield Village.
