I own a leisure company called My Leisure Home supplying Skegness and surrounding areas with caravans and lodges.

Property information

The property is a newly renovated luxury 4 bedroom house. We have free Wi-Fi and all the TV's are smart TVs so you can log in to Netflix etc. The property offers off road parking for 3 cars. The location is perfect being situated near Winthorpe beach between Skegness and Ingoldmells. Just a short walk is the bus stop which has bus routes to both Skegness, Ingoldmells Chapel St Leonards and Mablethorpe. The beach is located within a 5 minute walk and the local shop and takeaways just 2 minutes away. There’s a host of public houses close by as well as 1 adjacent to it. We have 4 fantastic bedrooms; King Size, Single, Twin bedroom up stairs and the larger King bedroom positioned downstairs close to the front door perfect if 1 of the party struggles with stairs. There is also a further day bed in the living area which sleeps 2. The property has 1 bathroom with a shower, WC & a bath upstairs and a shower wet room WC downstairs. Within the Dining Kitchen there is also a very good sized marble table area that seats 8 people, an American Fridge freezer, Oven Hob, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle and Dishwasher. A private enclosed garden.
