We have meticulous cleaning standards, an eye for design and are super responsive to guest queries or issues with our same day in-house maintenance service. In the interest of maintaining great standards and for the protection of our hosts, property owners and guests, we have teamed with Superhog 'KnowYourGuest'. This requires ID verification to be completed for each booking with an optional damage waiver- sent as a link on booking confirmation. We will otherwise require a refundable deposit to be held as a pre-authorisation prior to check-in. We appreciate your understanding and compliance and would will be delighted to welcome you to our properties.
