A 1970's bungalow totally refurbished and brought into the 21st Century. Comprising of a sage coloured modern, stylish kitchen with white granite worktops and Belfast sink. LED lighting in ceiling and kitchen units. Wooden style flooring throughout apart from bedrooms where there are soft carpets. The bathroom comprises of a very large bath and walk in shower which the pictures do not really capture. There is an orchard with around 9 different fruit trees. The area is very quiet. Just down the road is a Smallholding that keep donkeys and Alpacas which are funny to see walking past on your walks. FREE Netflix and WiFi. Ample FREE parking. Pet friendly, Contractor friendly. Garage available but please bring your own padlock.

There is a wooden dining table and 4 chairs. Wi-Fi throughout the property. Large bathroom with heated towel rail, LED mirror, large bath and large shower, toilet, and sink. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, walk-in wardrobe, with LED lighting with controller. Smart TV, Netflix, electric heater and charging port touch lamps with Carpet flooring. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, mirrored wardrobe, and a smart TV, Netflix, electric heater and charging port touch lamps with carpet flooring. The hallway comprises of an electric heater with wooden flooring. If you're wanting to go for a walk we have 7 acres of beautiful land for you to explore which can be found at the end of the out buildings past the fruit trees.
