More photos to come. Within a short walking distance of the beach, splashpool, minigolf, cinema, cafes and restaurants. A 20-minute drive to Afan Valley Mountain Bike Range. If you like a hike there are many routes that will take you to reservoirs and mountains. Supermarkets are walking distance, and you will be just 1/2 hour away from Swansea City and The Mumbles. 40 minutes away from the Gower. 40 minutes to the Breacon Beacons and our Capital Cardiff is 45 minutes by car or train.
This is a really quiet cul de sac area of Port Talbot. You will be center to many of the lovely areas Port Talbot has to offer. You will have access to a lovely green space to the front of the property whereby dogs are more than welcome to play but please be mindful of children playing here also. Vivian Park is just around the corner, dogs are welcome here too. There are gorgeous gardens and there is a playground (dogs are not permitted in this area), tennis courts and a basketball court. You will be in walking distance to the lovely Aberavon Beach and Morrisions, Lidl, BnM, KFC, Halfords, and Spar. Just around the corner, there is a bus stop whereby you are able to hop on a bus to Swansea and head to The Mumbles or The Gower. Taxi numbers will be at the property. There is also a Train Station in the town center which is a short bus ride. There you will be able to catch a train to Cardiff, Swansea, and to West Wales.
