Enjoy the mountain view close to the Porticcio beaches and the Gulf of Ajaccio. Very easy to live with an equipped kitchen and an open living room, this bright ground floor villa is confortable to spend a friendly holiday on the seaside. Outside, a large shaded terrace with barbecue is an ideal place to relax. Very quiet, this ground floor villa of over 90m2 has a large living room (35m2) and a separate sleeping area with three bedrooms, a bathroom and separate WC. Its modern, comfortable and functional interior makes it possible to really feel at home on holiday.
We welcome you until the evening according to your arrival schedules and we will give you addresses and activities tips according to your desires.
The cottage situation is in a very quiet and privatised neighbourhood. At 5 minutes from beaches and 15 minutes from Ajaccio, it will ensure you peaceful and sunny vacations. The first commodities (groceries, fresh food, bakery, tobacco-press, ...) are located within 400m, and other services (supermarket, post office, doctor, pharmacy ...) only 5 minutes away by car.
