This charming 51 m² air-conditioned apartment, less than a kilometer from the beach, can accommodate up to 4 travelers and is located in the commune of L'Île-Rousse. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom (with shower and bath). Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The apartment is composed as follows : - A 25 m² air-conditioned living room with double sofa bed, TV, speakers and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, multi-function food processor, espresso machine, etc. - Air-conditioned bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190), TV - Bathroom with bath, vanity unit and heated towel rail - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : washing machine, iron, board games, library Exterior : - A 20m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. Other remarks : - Free Wi-Fi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors.
