The Good Mother is a superb 110 m2 duplex apartment with views of Notre Dame de la Garde from the 2 bedrooms. Completely renovated in 2021, it offers 2 beautiful bedrooms, each with a small balcony overlooking the Notre Dame de la Garde basilica. Please note that this apartment is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights). Apartment layout : The Good Mother is located on the 5th floor with elevator of a historic building, one of the first to benefit from the renovation of the city center with the Euroméditerranée project in the early 2000s. The entrance hall features storage space and a toilet, and leads to the living areas. - A large living room with TV, office area, dining area and kitchen organize this space. A long balcony runs the length of the room, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors. - Upstairs is the sleeping area with 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, one of which adjoins a bedroom. Each room has a window and a small balcony to relax on while admiring Notre Dame de la Garde (La bonne mère, or The Good Mother). The apartment is fully equipped to make you feel at home: Air conditioning / Wifi / Washing machine / Dishwasher / Nespresso coffee machine / Complimentary welcome coffee capsules... Other remarks: - Hotel-quality (4/5 stars) bed linen and towels are provided; your bed will be made up on arrival. Towels and bath mats are also provided. Wifi internet access via fiber. - Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure. - An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure. To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease). To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
