Welcome to la dolce vita on the french side. The prestigious Cote d'Azur. An ultra modern spacious luxury villa. From its vantage point stunning view over the Baie of Saint-Raphael and the Alpes Maritimes. The beach of Saint-Aygulf it at your feet, 800 meters of white sand and clean blue water. Endless hiking and biking trails and of course water sports. With your family or your friends, gather at the solarium, the heated swimming pool or the French bocce ball field (pétanque) and have some fun together. You like to move? Hiking and beaches are close by. And if you would like to quietly hide for a while, you will always find the spot you need. At any time, by day or by night, the breathtaking see and mountain view will amaze you. This special location benefits most of the time from a light cooling wind, very much appreciated during the summer.
After having travelled extensively during our professional life, we decided to retire in the sweet village of Saint-Aygulf. Our children however live in Belgium. Therefore we join them quite often especially during school vacations. Live love quite places, nature, mountains and sea. We like to get together with friends. And we are not afraid to say we like good food 😊. Therefore, we concluded Saint-Aygulf was the perfect spot. When we first visited this incredible villa, it was love at first sight! And we were very lucky to be able to buy it. Since then, all our visitors, family and friends, were so amazed that we concluded we had found a quite unique place. Considering our frequent travel to Belgium, in particular during the vacation season, we envisioned sharing our villa with others. So , don't hesitate to plan a stay. You will not regret it.
Located 5 km from Fréjus, between Cannes and St. Tropez, the resort of Saint-Aygulf, Fréjus area, offers a privileged setting on the banks of the Mediterranean in the heart of the Riviera. In an exceptional environment, changing aspect to every corner and always colorful, among the pines, mimosas, you will walk among the masterpieces of nature. You will discover the wonderful coves Saint-Aygulf colors of Provence by taking the "path of Customs." Featuring an exceptional amount of sunshine (over 300 days) authorizing sunbathing almost all year round, one of the most beautiful sandy beaches gently sloping region (3 km) waiting for you to practice all the activities water in a single bay washed by the Mediterranean. You will taste the joys of walking through the pedestrian and bike paths. You will enjoy a round of 7 km in Villepey ponds, protected a stretch of 255 acres where guests many birds: flamingos, swans, ducks (over 200 species have been observed). From the hills, beautiful views of the bay extends Cerulean Fréjus Saint-Raphael. While enjoying the sea and sun, beaches and coves you will meet Saint-Aygulf, relaxing resort with all the animations and resources desirable for a happy holiday and relaxing. Saint-Aygulf you will find many shops, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, post office, marina, and a large Provencal market on the village square where competing in the afternoon of epic games of pétanque. The first and second Sundays in September takes place the Feast of Saint Votive Aygulf and the internationally renowned Giant Omelette, and in October the "Roc d'Azur" mountain bike race world-class events that bring together three Aygulfois, Var and Vacationers .
