This splendid apartment, located on the border with France, boasts an absolutely spectacular view of Lake Geneva. In fact, the apartment has private access to the lake and a private natural swimming pool directly connected to the lake. Its large picture windows and balcony not only offer a breathtaking view of the water, but also a totally soothing ambience.

The apartment is a semi-buried garden-level apartment. It is not located in the building, but is connected to it via the basement. It is right next to a cantonal road, but remains extremely quiet thanks to its semi-buried location. Saint-Gingolph railway station is a 7-minute walk from the apartment.
