This is a 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of Antibes. Surrounded by palm trees, it is located sea facing and offers a great 180-degree view of the Mediterranean. It’s great for couples. The beach is just 50m away and here you can play water sports. There is a supermarket and restaurant within 100m of the apartment as well. Golfers will find a golf course 10km away. The home has a large terrace with deckchairs and other garden furniture from where you get a great 180-degree view of the Mediterranean sea and the old city of Antibes. It also has air conditioning in all rooms and a smart TV with IPTV with international channels, Netflix, Disney+ and Youtube. It is renovated, modern, luxurious and elegantly furnished and tastefully decorated. There is a Nespresso in the apartment to enjoy a good cup of coffee on the terrace but there is also a traditional filter coffee machine. The apartement includes a new bed of 160x200 (previously 140x190). The nearest public transport is 100m away while the nearest train station 2.5km from here. Nice airport is 15km from the home and a 15 mins drive by car.

I took over apartment A in Residence Belvedere from the previous owner who was also renting this previously with great reviews on Booking. The previous owners still rents Appartements B/C and D in Residence Belvedere. We have refreshed the appartement in 2021 with new paint, new kitchen appliances including Nespresso and a new bed of 160x200 (prior bed was 140x190). If you look for the other apartments in Residence Belvedere you will see the great historical reviews (search on Booking for apartements Residence Belvedere in Antibes). I am certain you will enjoy your stay in our beautiful Apartment A and in Antibes!
Antibes old town is walking distance only 5-10mins with the Provencal market (turning into restaurants in the evening with great food using local products), good restaurants and bars, two beaches directly in front of Residence Belvedere, a sailing school in front of the appartement, the Picasso Museum within 5 mins walking distance, Cote D'azur to be explored from the central location of Antibes, etc, etc.
