In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.

Reception opening times in winter:

- Sunday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00

- Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00

- Closed Wednesday and Sunday afternoon in April, October and November

Reception opening times in summer:

- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00

- Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00

- Sunday: 09:00 to 12:00

- Closed on Sunday afternoon and on Wednesday.

If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance.

Prices include : Accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat + dish towel), cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning fee (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access (maximum of 5 devices to browse, read e-mails and research), charges and taxes (except city tax and handling fees).

The outdoor heated swimming pool is open from June to September.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.
