Guests are requested to contact the property after booking for information regarding their stay, including reception opening hours, services available for an extra fee and activities available in the surrounding area. Guests requiring accommodation adapted for reduced mobility are asked to contact the property after booking. For stays of 1 to 6 nights, bed linen and towels are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price, but you will need to clean the kitchen area and do the dishes before your departure. For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the room rate, but are available at an additional cost. For all stays, if guests don’t clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes, extra fees will be charged on your credit card or deducted from the security deposit. Please note that one pet can be accommodated per unit for an extra charge of EUR 10 per day.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of € 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
