A 5-room accommodation with three bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. With the addition of a sofa bed in the living room, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. The main room is carefully furnished to create a friendly and warm atmosphere. The sofa bed is equipped with a comfortable mattress to ensure a good night's sleep. There is also a flat screen TV for entertainment, as well as a dining table and chairs for meals. The kitchen open to the living room is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, including hotplates, an oven, a refrigerator, and a microwave, a dishwasher. Cooking utensils and tableware are also provided to facilitate meal preparation and consumption. The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 160x200 bed, soft sheets and pillows to ensure a good night's sleep. Storage space is also available to store guests' clothes and personal belongings as well as a flat-screen TV for you to relax in. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 140x190 bed, sheets and soft pillows to ensure a good night's sleep. The third bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 90x190 bed, sheets and a soft pillow to ensure a good night's sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, double sinks and a toilet, a washing machine and a dryer. The apartment is also equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi to allow guests to stay connected during their stay. Following several inconveniences, we do not provide bath towels or hygiene products but we offer them for sale.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor in a private residence from the 1970s which needs to be refreshed but the accommodation has been renovated in 2022. The building is located in a dead end, surrounded by other buildings, the one in the reservation is called “La Résidence le Flandre”. If you own a vehicle you can park right in front of the building. Parking is free. The accommodation we offer you is located 15 minutes walk from the historic center of Saint-brieuc. 15 minutes from the sncf station. It is served by public transport. Close to a supermarket within walking distance and a giant casino 5 minutes by car.
