We offer this charming 34 m² apartment for rent in Orcières, with ski station within walking distance. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 4th floor (with elevator), it comprises a pretty 16 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. The apartment comprises - A 16 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed... - A kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - Bedroom with double bed (140×190) and TV - Bathroom with bathtub - Separate WC Outside area : - A 24 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. Other remarks : - Free WiFi available (fiber optics) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner. - Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an additional charge payable to our local service provider). - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception.
