In Cesson-Sévigné - La Monniais, in a quiet environment surrounded by greenery, come and discover on the ground floor of an architect's house a 42m² apartment enjoying a large terrace with its private garden facing SOUTH not overlooked while being near the ring road (2 minutes) and 10 minutes from downtown Rennes. A bedroom with a queen size bed (160/200) with wardrobe. Living room: table with extension, TV lounge with 2 sofas including a sofa/bed with a real mattress. A key box will allow you to arrive and leave independently.
