A four-room accommodation with two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. With the addition of a sofa bed in the living room, the cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The main room is carefully furnished to create a friendly and warm atmosphere. The sofa bed is equipped with a comfortable mattress to ensure a good night's sleep. There is also a flat screen TV for entertaining, as well as a 4-person dining table and two benches for meals. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, including stovetop, refrigerator, and microwave/oven. Cooking utensils and tableware are also provided to facilitate meal preparation and consumption. The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 160x190 bed, soft sheets and pillows to ensure a good night's sleep. Storage space is also available to store guests' clothing and personal belongings. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 160x190 bed, soft sheets and pillows to ensure a good night's sleep. Storage space is also available to store guests' clothing and personal belongings. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet which needs to be refreshed but remains functional and pleasant. The maisonette is also equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi to allow guests to stay connected during their stay. In short, this maisonette with a sofa bed and two 160x190 beds is the ideal place for travelers looking for comfortable and well-equipped accommodation for their stay. Due to several inconveniences, we do not provide bath towels or hygiene products but we offer them for sale.

The house is located in a suburban area, the area surrounding it is pleasant and quiet with several small houses. If you have a vehicle you can park right next to the house. Parking is free.
