Maisonnette très confortable, très propre et très bien située. Environnement très calme, tout en étant proche du centre ville et des commerces. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et même si nous n'avons pas pu rencontrer les propriétaires, Virginie a toujours été à l'écoute et a su nous arranger. Adresse à garder précieusement !

Recently renovated maisonette, offering attractive amenities to spend holidays clothe to the sea and historic Pornic center. This house can accommodate up to 6 people. It offers three pretty bedrooms, a full-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a living room, a terrace, and a garden. Everything has been thought out and decorated for a pleasant stay. Court to park; walled garden. For your comfort, hotel quality household linen is provided, beds are ready upon your arrival. This maisonette is located in a quiet street, its land is fully fenced for a stay in complete privacy and security. The old port of Pornic reveals all its charm to you less than 1.8 km from the house, the golf course is 800 m and the prettiest beaches are located 1 km from the house. Everything is close enough to plan nice walks ! The house comprises on the ground floor, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, shower and toilet (in the same room) with washing machine, as well as a pretty master bedroom with a 160 cm bed. . Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms, a bedroom with two children's beds (90 cm) and a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed. The garden allows you to find shade at any time of the day. You can also have breakfast or your meals at the front or at the back of the house. The house is a few meters from a pizzeria, a Chinese caterer, and less than 1 km from all amenities, pharmacy, bakery, super and hypermarket. Before checking out you will have to assure you cleaned the house to turn it back in a respectful way. Please note we are not an hotel company. You must provide: beach towels. Outside the summer season, the outdoor cushions, the barbecue, the deckchairs, and the parasol are not available. We thank you for your understanding.
Hi, I am Virginie ! My husband and I owned this lovely maisonette. It is our secondary home ! We like to offer it to travellers a huge part of the year. We will make sure you will spend a wonderful stay in this house.
Quiet residential area. Close to all amenities, pharmacy, caterers, supermarkets. The beaches and the heart of the village are between 1 and 2 km. Everything is close, for a quiet stay. We advise you to use a car to get around and/or bring your own bikes. By bike you will be close to everything. You can also easily get around on foot: 15 min from the beaches and old Pornic.
