Agence Cocoonr offers you a large new house with five bedrooms and garden in the city. In a quiet location between the Sacré Coeur and Arsenal Redon districts, just a few minutes from the Nantes bridge and the city center, lies this charming 152m2 house with its garden and terrace. The accommodation: Completely renovated by an architect, this house is on the first floor and opens onto the garden. It comprises a beautiful main living room and fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need for short, medium or longer stays, 1 toilet with water point, and laundry room (with washing machine and tumble dryer). The comfortable, contemporary furnishings will quickly make you feel "at home". Television with Netflix subscription and good Internet connection. Outside, a garden with terrace and furniture is ideal for outdoor breaks or family aperitifs. On the second floor, a second living room with TV leads to two bedrooms: master suites, each with a queen-size bed, a dressing room with closet and hanging space, and a shower room with double basins. A separate toilet completes this second floor. On the second floor: 3 new bedrooms, one a double with a queen-size 160*200 bed, full dressing room and desk, the other two: twins, each with two 90cm beds and their own full dressing room. The large shared bathroom features a bathtub and shower, as well as a double vanity unit. A separate toilet also completes this level. Linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) and your bed will be made up on arrival.

The neighborhood: Situated between the quiet Sacré Coeur and Arsenal Redon neighborhoods, you'll find all the local shops you need just a stone's throw away, and you'll be able to enjoy the gentleness of neighborhood life. Looking for a little more "city"? You're just a ten-minute walk from the Colombier district and its many shops and from the Charles de Gaulle esplanade (cinema, concert, museum), 15 minutes from the historic center where you can choose from a wide range of outings: café terraces, restaurants, opera or theater... You won't have time to get bored! Every day, you'll find the central La Criée market on Boulevard de la Liberté, followed every Saturday morning by the Lices market, a veritable institution in Rennes, where you'll find local producers and a host of craftsmen and women. For nature lovers, the Square Villeneuve is just a few steps from La Maison Elleviou. In the heart of the city, the Parc du Thabor , the Parc des Tanneurs and, further north, the Parc des Gayeulles or the meadows of the Canal Saint-Martin offer vast green spaces ideal for family relaxation, sports and outdoor activities.
