The vacation home "Maison Dans Cadre Verdure" is located in Arveyres and is an excellent choice for a getaway with your loved ones. The 90 m² property, built in 2023, comprises a large, bright living room with fully-equipped kitchen, sitting room with possibility of a 90cm bed, dining room, 2 bedrooms and a master suite with its own small bathroom equipped with an Italian shower, bathroom (Italian shower) and toilet, and can accommodate 7 people. On-site facilities include a dedicated workspace for telecommuting, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, and a selection of children's books and toys. A cot and high chair are also available. This vacation home offers a private outdoor area with a garden, full and covered terraces and with small portable barbecue. The property is located a few meters from a Stud Farm , with horses visible from the bedroom windows. Less than 2 km from the vacation home is a lake, ideal for walks, picnics and a day out with the kids. Libourne, with its aquatic complex and international nautical center, can be reached in 10 minutes. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking in the house and large parties and meals are not permitted. Unfortunately, towels and bed linen are not provided. Guests are required to clean up before departure.
