Agence Cocoonr offers you : A passionate owner and two interior designers came together to transform this 1930s house into a charming cocoon with its own garden in the sought-after "Sainte Thérèse" district, just south of Rennes station. Through the wicket gate, you cross the garden and its pretty wooden terrace to access the ground floor of the house via the main room, comprising a lounge and dining room with its high table and open-plan kitchen. This room is bathed in light from the large bay window and skylight, contrasting with the deep, intense colours of Sarah Lavoine's walls. The softness and quality of the materials, audio/video equipment, high-speed WiFi, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, induction hob, dishwasher, etc.) have everything you need for stays of any length. To the left of the kitchen is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The first bedroom with king-size bed, wardrobe and television overlooks the garden. Opposite is a shower room and separate wc. To complete the ground floor, there is a second en-suite bedroom with its own shower room and wc, with a bay window also overlooking the garden. This room again has a 180x200 king-size bed and a television. A staircase in the living room leads to a third, very pretty attic bedroom, again with all the comforts of home, including a 160x200 queen-size bed (wardrobe and television available).
