Facing the Avrière lake, a few minutes from Épinal and close to all amenities, come and stay in this beautiful architect-designed house with all modern comforts. Ideal for a getaway with family or friends, the 90 m² accommodation is the perfect place for a relaxing stay! You will have a large and bright living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom as well as a vast exterior with a garden directly overlooking the lake and a terrace with a pergola on stilts with a jacuzzi (with protection ) to relax in front of this magnificent panorama! Bed linen and towels are provided. Other remarks : - For your convenience, a cleaning service is included during your stay. - Private parking spaces adjacent to the house (all vehicles). - Bed linen and towels provided. - All children's bathing is under the full responsibility of the parents.

Nearby: - Lac de l'Avière at 67 m (1 min walk). - Épinal at 9.2 km (14 min by car). - Fort d'Uxegney at 6.7 km (10 min by car). - Nancy at 71 km (58 min by car). Activities : - Walking or cycling in the forest of Sanchey (rentals nearby). - Lake of l'Avière and Bouzey: swimming, fishing, pedal boat, educational trail, children's park... - Étang de la Comtesse, Roches d'Olima... - Visit of the Uxegney and Grande Haye forts. - Discovery of the surrounding towns: Epinal, Mirecourt, Luxeuil-les-bains... Other remarks: Because of the drought in the Vosges, the level of the lake is very low. Swimming is still possible but the water no longer passes in front of the cottages and is about 50 meters further. Moreover, renovation work on the dike will start at the end of September and will keep the lake dry for 12 months.
