Important information for our customers: This property offers exclusively for rent furnished tourist apartments. Unlike a hotel, our suites are all equipped with kitchens but we do not have reception staff or concierge. The arrival is completely autonomous (key boxes with 4-digit code). We do not offer breakfast and cleaning is only done before arrival and at departure of guests. Parking is free on the street and in the neighborhood. (No private parking in the residence but a disabled location) Located in Menton, the residence has been welcoming since 1984, holidaymakers who have come for sun, sea and rest. In July 2022, after a complete renovation, this residence becomes a holiday residence consisting of 9 apartments: "Le Vallaya Suites & Spa". This place is ideal for enjoying a holiday in complete autonomy, without compromising on comfort. Each apartment is fully equipped: - smart tv - wifi - air conditioning - dishwasher. Several relaxation areas have been designed in order to provide a real additional well-being: - The rooftop: to sunbathe and refresh, enjoy the view of Menton, or share an aperitif with family or friends. - A room with a pool table and darts - A gym (boxing bag, treadmills, ketlle bell, treadmills...) - A spa area, including a dressing room, a shower and a free 2mx4m jacuzzi. Nice International Airport is only 40 minutes away by car. Menton GARAVAN train station is 200 metres away, the first restaurant is 350 metres away (including the "Mirazur" voted best restaurant in the world in 2019) and the beaches are 5 minutes away. Not to mention the proximity of Italy and Monaco.

Formerly the resort of New Zealand writer Katherine Mansfied, who named the street of the residence after her. This street located in the Garavan district in Menton, owes its immense success to a lush vegetation, and a particularly mild micro climate throughout the year, which makes it one of the sunniest destinations in France.
