Totally renovated, this house was designed to live moments of relaxation and calm while enjoying the proximity of the magical beaches of the Emerald Coast. This magnificent duplex is composed on the first floor of a vast living room equipped with a real kitchen and a lounge area arranged around a magnificent fireplace. On the first floor you will find a spacious and tastefully decorated bedroom, bathroom. You will enjoy a terrace overlooking a large garden not overlooked in the quiet countryside of Saint Lunaire. Parking space. Wifi. Sheets and towels included. Other remarks : - You will be welcomed by our concierge - Baby bed and high chair on request - There is no television in the house
