Charming apartment in a Manor with garden-terrace ON the beach ! The apartment is located just a stone's throw from the famous tennis courts of Trouville, on half of the beach with a view of the sea without « a visual obstacle ». It has a beautiful and large terrace full of trees, facing a large garden separating it from the sand. Recently refurbished and completely re-decorated with taste in a spirit of the 50s and 60s, it has all the necessary modern amenities: Fully equipped, washing machine, WIFI, cable TV, vintage books & movies. Although the shower and toilet area is small and atypical, it is practical and its design has made it possible to prioritize the living space and the kitchen area.. The sofa-bed unfolds automatically without having to move the cushions. It doesn't have the comfort of a real bed but comes as close as possible.

The apartment has a beautiful and large planted terrace, facing a large garden separating it from the sand. perfect place to have lunch or dinner on sunny days, sunbathe, doze on sun beds, read calmly or even work effectively while on the go. It is an ideal place to come & spend a weekend over fall & winter and an ideal spot for a week in peace over sprint & summer. 
Le Manoir Normand is a charming and quiet property, for people who want to enjoy Trouville sur Mer and the sea, whether you bathe or not, as in the time of its first owners in the 19th century ! Trouville-Deauville train station is located exactly eight minutes walking distance from the apartment. For those who do not wish to walk, there is a taxi station just outside the train station. Deauville airport is 15 minutes away by taxi. 
The apartment is five minutes walking distance from the large Brasseries, shops and restaurants of the Rue des Bains and three minutes from the Casino, Cures Marines and Spa-Gallery. I will keep at your disposal a list of the best spots of the village, for a drink, a visit or for dinner.

Important details: - no smoking allowed inside the apartment - pets are not accepted in general - the place is not party friendly, it’s place to rest and enjoy. Friendly advice, my dear neighbors are not very conciliatory about the noise & parties and would not hesitate to let you know. - fresh bathroom towels, bed sheets and blankets are provided - the Manor is a classified historic building so no fire possible in the fireplace unfortunately but the apartment has central heating ! - the apartment is equipped with remote controlled electric shutters. 2 wall remote controls. In case of feeling of "lock down", I advise to leave open the one from the kitchen. - it is very easy to park around the Manor. In the street that runs along it or on the public parking area facing its Main entrance, place Thénard. Both areas are free. - the waste containers are located the Place Thenard, facing the main entrance of the Manor.
