Let yourself be seduced by this completely renovated accommodation dating from the 19th century. You will be charmed by the authentic beams and stone walls that make the character of this house. Located in the heart of Sancerre, you will enjoy a magnificent view of the Church and the Belfry classified as a historic monument (don't worry, the bells ring only from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.). You will also have a view of the Sancerre house. This 90m2 house has a capacity of 4 people and is composed on the ground floor of a large living room with flat screen TV, a dining area, a fully equipped open kitchen (with oven, micro -wave, induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing lanyard, coffee machines (pods and filter), kettle, toaster, tea towel, sponge, basic condiments) as well as a separate WC. Upstairs you will find a 1st bedroom with a 140*200 double bed, a 2nd bedroom with a 160*200 double bed, a bathroom with shower (shower gel, shampoo and hair dryer available) and a separate WC. Beds will be made upon arrival and towels are also provided.
