It was essential for us to preserve the soul of this house where we have so many wonderful memories. As a result, each room holds a testimony to the past, whether it's through a piece of furniture I've redesigned or the discovery of our majestic staircase... We strive to create an unforgettable moment for every visitor: from the meticulous preparation of the bedrooms, to the preparation of meals using local produce and/or prepared by myself. Or simply through the exciting discovery of a visit to our racehorses farm, or by advising you on the tourist attractions of our beautiful region.
