As a result, each room holds a testimony to the past, whether it's through a piece of furniture I've redesigned or the discovery of our majestic staircase... We strive to create an unforgettable moment for every visitor: from the meticulous preparation of the bedrooms, to the preparation of meals using local produce and/or prepared by myself. Or simply through the exciting discovery of a visit to our racehorses farm, or by advising you on the tourist attractions of our beautiful region. Our philosophy of life is based on simplicity, authenticity and sharing, while offering you top-of-the-range services.
