Located in a beautiful art-deco style historical building, with its large terrace overlooking the bay of Saint-Cast and the beach of Pen-Guen, it has all the necessary comforts: full equipment, bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival. The flat enjoys a truly unique location, at the foot of the beach and the Saint-Cast golf course. Accommodation Located on the 1st floor with lift, the flat of 50 m², tastefully decorated in a marine spirit, can accommodate up to 4 people. It is composed as follows: - A pleasant living room with a large terrace (40 m², east facing) from which you can enjoy a magnificent 180° sea view. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed for 2 people. You can enjoy a Smart TV connected to Wifi. - A functional and fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, toaster, kettle, piston coffee maker and italian coffee maker... - From the living room, in a row, you acc Other remarks - Bed linen and towels are included in the accommodation (beds made on arrival, towels, bath mats and tea towels). - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Ideally located, in a very pleasant area, this beautiful flat offers you a view over the arrival of the hole of N°15 and the beach of Pen Guen. You will be close to all the charming shops in the town centre of Saint-Cast, about 3km away (bakery, butcher's, mini-market), shops, restaurants, bars, market... Special mention for the tea room "La Belle Meunière", an institution! Many outdoor activities are possible in the area: golf and sailing (at the foot of the building), horse riding, etc.
