As soon as you arrive, the condominium courtyard invites you to take a trip. The high-ceilinged apartment comprises a large living room with open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen. Two large double bedrooms, one with a 160/200 bed and the other with a 140/200 bed, located in a quiet rear courtyard, with storage space and closets. A lovely shower room and separate toilet with laundry area where you'll find a washing machine and tumble dryer complete this accommodation. Situated in a street perpendicular to the famous Place Chateaubriand, in the heart of the Intra-Muros, it will enable you to live to the rhythm of vacations or events in Saint-Malo. All shops, beaches, the Palais des Congrès, the Bassin Vauban and public parking lots are less than 100m away. You'll have free wifi access, and we'll provide sheets, towels and tea towels.
