This house of 75 m², with a land size of 1000 m² has 3 rooms including 2 bedrooms and 1 toilet. It is composed of a nice living room of 25 m², equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The house is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - An entrance hall - Bedroom 1: double bed and private shower room - A small laundry room with washing machine and dryer On the first floor, accessible by a staircase, you will reach the living room: - Living room with 2-seater sofa and 2 armchairs - Open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... On the second floor, accessible by a staircase: - Master suite with a view of the port of Saint Cast, equipped with a double bed 140 x 190 cm and private bathroom. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. The house is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
