We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Bandol, this charming flat classified 4*, of lime pit foot, with sight sea and privative swimming pool, at 50m of the beach, of a surface of 47 m ² and being able to accomodate 2 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 27 m², an equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 27 m², air-conditioned, facing south with TV, sofa and dining area. - A kitchen, open to the living room, equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, coffee machine... - An air-conditioned bedroom, with a Provencal atmosphere, with a double bed (140x190) - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet Outside : - A private swimming pool of 4.40 m x 2.20 m x 1.30 m, with counter-current swimming, not heated, open from April to October. It is secured by a manual shutter. Opening dates not contractual. - A vast 27 m² terrace with a sofa corner and recliners For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wifi available (fibre optic). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. You will be only 50 meters from the beach and 10 minutes from the city centre and the port. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Visit of Bandol and the old port - Beach visits - Visits to the villages of Provence: La Cadière-d'Azur d'Azure, Sanary, Le Castellet... - Water activities : sailing, motorboat, water skiing, sea scooter... - Hiking along the coastal paths Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the closed garage reserved for the accommodation, which can accommodate one vehicle. TER trains serve the surrounding villages: St Cyr, La Ciotat, Cassis, Sanary... - There are bus routes to the neighbouring villages, with a stop about 50 metres away.
