This house ideally situated in Cancale, located in the port of La Houle , faces the sea. From the house you can relax and watch the tides come and go; the beach is just across the road. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. It is a 3-bedroom house and has a living-room, a dining-room, a fitted kitchen, 2 bathrooms , 2 toilets, an office and a garage. Facing south, the house is very bright. A balcony facing the sea, runs along the whole front of the house and overlooks a small garden. An ideal situation for a great holiday on “La côte d’Emeraude”. You can discover its sandy beaches, its rocky coastline, its secluded creeks, the coastal walking path and its ever-changing lights…
