The 110 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate 6 people. Available amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a coffee machine. The property boasts a charming, cozily furnished private outdoor area that includes a balcony, an open terrace, and a garden. A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. Guests are asked not to disturb the neighbors and to observe the quiet hours during their stay (no loud outdoor gatherings after 10:30 pm).
