Ideally located in the heart of Vogüē, classified "Most beautiful Village of France", Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you to come and discover this beautiful typical house of 75 m² and let yourself be seduced by its beautiful volumes, its traditional floor tiles and its stone walls. Only 100 meters from the Castle, the river Ardèche and close to all shops, this house is the ideal pied-à-terre for a stay up to 5 people, ideally 2 adults and 3 children). You will have a beautiful living room with a sitting area and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Bed linen and towels in supplement. Wifi access. Other remarks: - Free parking spaces located 150 m from the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving the accommodation in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use. - Functional fireplace, wood not provided. - Cellar at your disposal to store bicycles, fishing equipment etc. It is not possible to park there.
