This charming 45 m² flat for 2 people is located in Concarneau, around 1.8 km from the Sables Blancs beach (15 minutes on foot and 6 minutes by car). Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 23 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom (with bath). We're waiting for you! The apartment is composed as follows - A 23 m² living room with TV, sitting area and double sofa bed (140×200) - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with bath and WC Exterior: - A 5m² balcony to enjoy the sunny days. Other notes : - Bed linen and towels are provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Linen will be invoiced on site for stays of less than 7 nights and included for stays of more than 7 nights - Free WiFi available (fiber optics) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. The apartment is ideally located in Concarneau, in a very pleasant environment and close to the voie verte, which gives you access to the beach (20min walk) and the town center (30min walk).
