The house is in an old farm at the exit of a quiet and charming little hamlet. In an elegant country bourgeois style. The bedding is upscale. The house has an Olympian light and calm, with a breathtaking view of the meadows, the mountains, the forests and the castle of Carrouges! It is an incredible setting in the middle of nature, surrounded by cows at the foot of the apple trees. The Epinal image of the Normandy bocage. The house is on two floors: On the ground floor: - a parental suite, bed 180 and a single bed, with view on the valley. - A bedroom with a single bed, view of the Château de Carrouges. - The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a large bathtub and a toilet. Another bathroom is at your disposal in the veranda. - a small living room with a large table with TV, DVD player and a nice little stove. - The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped (large fridge, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine) and the cooking range is huge!! - a laundry/dressing room - Veranda On the 1st floor: - A large bedroom, bed 160. - a bedroom, 140 bed and a single bed, view of the castle. - a large dressing closet

1/2 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot from the town center, the castle and the Maison du Parc where you will find all the information on activities around Carrouges. At the foot of the forest for beautiful walks or bike rides. Located on the Vélocénie circuit and a GR. You will have access to all the services nearby (Bakery, bank, petrol station, 2 mini-markets, butcher, tobacconist, pmu, bistro, tea room, restaurant...) while being in the countryside!!! Unique!!
