Richard and Anne are super hosts. They are very welcoming and gave us great suggestions on what to do during our stay in Avignon. They are very knowledgeable and passionate about Avignon. They have a lovely and very clean place with plenty of room for my family of 5. Their place is very comfortable. There is a cute courtyard which is beautifully decorated with vines and flowers where our daughters took lovely Instagram pictures. Perfectly located in a quiet area of Avignon and just a short walk to the heart of town. We would highly recommend their location.

It was very homy and cosy. It felt like home. Rooms were perfect sizes. Kitchen was complete. We ate often at home. Enought kitchen supplies were provided for the entire stay. Very relaxing. The terrace outside was perfect including the 1st floor balcony. We liked it very much. If we visit Avignon again, we will definitely stay there again. Both Anne, Richard, and the daughter explained and welcomed us everything about the house and helped us with our ticket problems. Lovely everything!!!

We had a wonderful stay in this cottage situated just outside the main centre of Avignon. The cottage is immaculately clean and has a very well equipped kitchen. There are two bathrooms and an additional toilet in the laundry room. The courtyard area is beautiful, full of healthy plants. Communication with the hosts is excellent. To start off it is absolutely beautiful in the courtyard, lovely furnishings inside and amazing location. But some of the best part are the kind hosts. Richard came to let us in on the day and put things down on the map for us to go and see. Whenever I had a question he would go out of his way to help us. 5 stars for everything - thank you!!

The Gite is in a perfect location not far from free parking and within the city walls so it's only a short walk to attractions and restaurants. Anne, our host, was there to greet us on arrival and show us around. Inside it is well decorated and finished with some luxury touches, the beds are also very comfortable. The shower downstairs was amazing, the best we had while touring France. The kitchen was also well equipped with everything you could need including a big fridge/freezer. The lounge area was cosy with plenty seating and a large TV (not used). However the highlight was the outside patio which was a great place to sit and enjoy breakfast or a bottle of wine. Overall I can only rate it as outstanding.

The place is clean and spacious with a lovely garden which is perfect to chill in a nice summer evening. Plenty of toilets, air conditioning in every room and a full kitchen provided great convenience and comfort. Location is close to centre and in a quiet neighbourhood, with a nice jazz bar and a fantastic bakery nearby. The host Anne and Richard are super friendly and communicates responsively. They even offered us a bottle of rosé to enjoy!

Anne and Richard were so helpful and friendly, giving us lots of tips and helping sorting parking (paid) for us upon arrival. There was a bit of a language barrier but we made do until my French-speaking parents arrived! The flat itself was very cute and well-equipped, with air conditioning, dishwasher, and washing machine. The kitchen particularly had everything you might need. Showers were new, with hot water and good water pressure. The little courtyard and living room were great for hanging out. All the rooms are upstairs next to each other, the two smaller rooms share the bathrooms downstairs (one full, one half), and the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and direct access to two outdoor areas. The location is good - about a 15-minute walk to the touristy areas but still close to everything you might need (supermarket, shops, bars, restaurants, etc). We really enjoyed our stay!

House indoors was great. Small courtyard pleasant to sit out in. Location was reasonably close to city centre. Small shop across the road very handy and open all hours. Owners very helpful in getting us transport to the station.
