In Thouars, we are offering for rent this pretty, recently restored 60 m² bungalow with terrace overlooking the river, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. It has a lovely 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 2,200 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you ! The accommodation comprises : Ground floor - A 25 m² living room with sofa bed, dining area... which opens onto a large 20m² terrace with furniture, overlooking the canopy (south-facing) - A fully-equipped kitchen including : electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - A separate WC 1st floor - Bedroom 1 : Queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 2 : Bedroom with two single beds (90x190) - A shower room adjoining both bedrooms with shower and washbasin (towels and hygiene products provided) Outside - A balcony adjoining bedroom 1, offering a panoramic view of the river, the treetops and the château de Thouars. - 2,200 m² of enclosed grounds planted with trees and leading down to the river (the Thouet) - A pontoon for fishing or canoeing - A 6-person Jacuzzi, open all year round.
