I'm an electrotechnical Portuguese engineer with a MBA in entrepreneurship. Arrived in France end 2011 for an international work experience. Ended up having a baby daugther in France so I decided to stay and invest in a family house. I thank you in advance for your confidence and having chosen our Villa for your stay. Large INDEPENDENT duplex studio just for you. Air-conditioning cold and hot. Located at 50 meters from the sandy beach. You can go in bathing suit and flip flops. The two spaces of the duplex living room (ground floor and floor) communicate with an internal wooden staircase. Flat TV, TNT channels and Amazon Prime Vídeo Service. Parking included for 1 car. Visit us on our web site Blue Summer Vibes at La Ciotat. In partnership with seaside SPA with beach view. 10% reduction cards available inside your apartment. Parking place also available at the SPA at 500m from our Villa.

Neighborhood info

The Villa is surrounded by a garden, is 50m from the beach but quiet. Cyrnos beach just in front of the Villa. Restaurants and bars just in front of the Villa. Bakery 100m to the left of the Villa. Grocery stores at 100 to 300m to the right of the Villa. SPA at 500m at the right of the Villa. There is a bus (n° 40) that stops just in front of of the Villa. The Villa is located at 1 km from the city center but there are always people who walk on the road along the sea, city center, the old port and the beaches. If you want to have diner there are good restaurants right outside in the beach front at 50 to 100 meters from our house. You will find also a bakery and bars.
